Warranty Terms
• The warranty is granted in accordance with Romanian law in force on the date of purchase.
• The warranty period is of 24 months, starting on the date of purchase. We recommend that you check the warranty completion of the product at purchase.
• For accessories, including batteries, we offer a guarantee of 12 months.
• Warranty does not cover warranty extensions granted by the selling unit as a result of special offers. Please contact the dealer in these cases.
• Warranty must be accompanied by the invoice/receipt of purchase and represents a proof of purchase.
• All parts replaced during the warranty period become the property of Visual Fan SRL.
• The cancellation of the products’ warranty occurs in the following cases: (a) failure by the Purchaser to observe the conditions of handling, transport, storage, commissioning, operation, and maintenance provided in the documentation accompanying the product (b) mechanical, thermal, or plastic damage caused by fire, accidents of any kind, vibration, weathering, or neglect of use (c) operation outside the parameters approved by the manufacturer (d) breakage or loss, even partial absence of seals on the product casing screws (e) operation outside the parameters approved by the producer (f) change in the original state of the product (illegal unlock) (g) other accessories and parts than those approved by SC Visual Fan SRL (h) interventions on the product by anyone other than SC Visual Fan LLC or designated service centres (i) if the product shows signs of oxidation in the case of components coming into contact with a liquid or of using / keeping the product under wet conditions (j) defects of any kind incurred as a result of normal wear from using the product ( k) defects caused by incorrect software intervention (deletion of operating system executable files, installation of software which by their nature affect the proper functioning of the operating system of the device)
• Visual Fan Ltd. is not responsible for loss or damage of data or programs.
• Visual Fan Ltd. is not responsible for profit loss, data loss, secondary damage, or other damage caused by low performance of products or because of product-related services.
For repairs, you should contact your unit sales or Visual Fan Ltd. authorized service partners. For repairs performed outside the warranty, Visual Fan Ltd. will not support the payment of transport and repair.

In order to provide service to your product, please bring it to a collection point together with the following information:
1. Original warranty certificate and proof of payment (invoice/tax receipt)
2. Name Surname
3. Address
4. Contact phone
5. Claimed defect
Please place the device in the package (in original box, along with all accessories) and documents mentioned above. The product will be repaired within 15 calendar days. The customer is responsible for product packaging and shipping documents required for the Service Center. For further information please contact us by e-mail suport@allview.ro
