SIM CARD, PIN AND SECURITY CODES
What is the SIM lock?
SIM lock is the highest measure of security of the phone. If you activate SIM lock, you can use that SIM card (inserted during SIM lock activity) only in your phone, and if you insert any other SIM card you must provide your password to lock SIM. If you forget your password, you must visit an authorized Allview service center to unlock the SIM.
What is a PIN code?
PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a security tool designed to prevent unauthorized use of your SIM card. You can set up your PIN in "Security Settings". Later, you will be prompted to enter the PIN every time you open your phone.
What is a PUK code?
PUK code is a security feature on your SIM card related to your established PIN code. If the PIN is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM card will be blocked and to unlock it you need to enter the PUK code. The SIM card is controlled by your network operator so please contact customer service to find out your PUK code.

Warranty Terms
• The warranty is granted in accordance with Romanian law in force on the date of purchase.
The warranty period is 24 months starting on the date of purchase. We recommend that you check the warranty at completion of product purchase.
• For batteries we offer a warranty of 6 months.
• Warranty must be accompanied by the invoice/receipt of purchase and represents a proof of purchase.
• All parts replaced during the warranty period become the property of Visual Fan SRL.
The cancellation of the products’ warranty occurs in the following cases: (a) failure by the Purchaser to observe the conditions of handling, transport, storage, commissioning, operation, and maintenance provided in the documentation accompanying the product (b) mechanical, thermal, or plastic damage caused by fire, accidents of any kind, vibration, weathering, or neglect of use (c) operation outside the parameters approved by the manufacturer (d) using other accessories and parts than those approved by SC Visual Fan SRL (e) product changes, including unauthorized interference on the software provided, other than the officially made available by the manufacturer (f) interventions on product by anyone other than the SC Visual Fan LLC or designated service centers (g) if the product shows traces of contact with the liquid (parts oxidized) (h) defects of any kind incurred as a result of normal wear from using the product.
• About Visual Fan Ltd. is not responsible for loss or damage of data or programs.
• About Visual Fan Ltd. is not responsible for profit loss, data loss, secondary damage, or other damage caused by failed due to low performance of the products or services because of the products.
For repairs, you should contact your unit sales or Visual Fan Ltd. authorized service partners. For repairs performed outside the warranty, Visual Fan Ltd. will not support the payment of transport and repair.
