To turn on mobile data, follow the next steps: Menu-> Settings-> SIM settings-> Select the desired SIM. For the internet service to be active, you need to enable the data connection from the quick menu as well. Slide up and check the Mobile data option.

In order to reset the device to the initial settings, please follow the next steps: Menu-> Settings -> More settings-> Create back up copy and reset-> Reset to factory settings-> Confirm reset.

To view the recently started apps press on the left square button and the recently open apps tabs will be displayed. To close them, swipe left or right on the each window.

To view more information about the phone (Battery level, SIM card status, IMEI info) please access Menu-> Settings-> Sistem-> About Phone-> Status.

The phone launcher can be changed by using a profile app which you can download from Play Store.  

The preinstaled apps can't be uninstalled.

Settings-> More settings-> Create backup copy and reset-> System backup copy-> Phone memory copy-> Start backup copy.

Many apps are proposed and provided by developers without previous compatibility tests with the operating systems and hardware configurations of different product models, so there can be certain APK documents that are not totally compatible with your device.

To make a screenshot without using a profile app you have to simultaneously press the Power and Volume minus keys.

Slide down on the shortcut bar and select the icon of the particular option. Here you can turn on/off the option.

To turn your phone into a hotspot, follow the next steps: Menu-> Settings->Tethering and Portable Hotspot-> Wi-Fi Hotspot-> Enable.

To turn off this feature, go to: Menu-> Settings-> More settings-> Language and text input-> Spell checker-> Off/On.

Go to Phone-> More (in the bottom right corner)-> Settings-> Advanced settings-> Answer through message-> Select a predefined text and a window is open where you can rewrite the text.

In order to redirect phone calls, you must follow the next steps: Menu-> Phone-> More-> Settings-> Call settings-> Select SIM-> Call forwarding-> here you can activate the call forwarding according to your option:
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
Next, you type in the number you wish to redirect to-> Enable

Go to Menu-> Settings-> Display-> Navigation bar-> here you can edit/hide the navigation bar.

Menu-> Photo camera-> Settings (Upper right corner icon)-> Mark (tick on the Allview logo icon).

Go to Menu-> Photo camera-> select Panorama from the bottom part of the screen.

In order to update the device’s driver, so that it can be recognized and the memory is visible on the PC, you need to do the following: Double click on My Computer (This PC) -> Select the “Manage” option-> In the new open window select the “Device manager” option from the left side-> A list with the drivers from the PC will be displayed in the right side. A driver named “Unknown device” will be displayed -> Select and right click on it -> Select “Update driver software” -> A new window will be displayed, select “Browse my computer for driver software” -> Select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers from my computer” -> “Show all devices” -> Select “MTP USB Device” from the next window -> the driver will be updated and a confirmation message will de displayed. After following these steps, the device’s memory will be shown when accessing the PC.

Go to Menu-> Settings-> Audio profiles-> Other sounds-> here you can find the options to turn on and adjust the keyboard vibration.

Go to Menu-> Settings-> More settings-> Smart gestures-> Turn on.

Go to Settings-> More settings-> Battery-> Battery percentage style in the status bar-> Turn on.
