What if the item I receive is defective or damaged?


If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or a refund. Please check your items immediately upon delivery and inform us within 48Hrs. Replacements and refunds are accepted on merchandise within 5 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, LIKE NEW WITH NO COSMETIC OR TECHNICAL CHANGES. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for products with value less than 40 euro.



How do I make a return or exchange?


Simply include in your package, along with the defective unit, our warranty card for items, one paper write detailed description of the problem, your e-mail address. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope, and send it back to us using a safe shipping method. In the case of the warranty being declined, we will make you an offer for the repair of the product. In the case of you refuse this offer we have the right to require the administrative expenses to be covered by you. In the case of you accept the offer; you are obligated to pay a total cost of the repair.
