The official promotion statute

”Buy the slimmest smartphone in the world, X2 Soul!

..and you can get your money back ”

Art. 1 THE ORGANIZER

The organizer of the promotion ”Buy the slimmest smartphone in the world, X2 Soul!..and you can get  your money back”, named from now on “the Promotion” is SC VISUAL FAN SRL (“the Organizer”) Romanian commercial society, with head-office in BRASOV, 61 Brazilor Street, post code 500313, registered at the Registry of Commerce under Nr. J08/818/2002, CUI RO14724950.

*at launch date,  X2 Soul was the slimest smartphone in the world.

The Promotion will take place by following this Official Regulation (named from now on ”Regulation”), which is mandatory for all participants.

The promotion is being conducted by the Organizer to promote Allview products, sold  by Horst Migendt Import Export at an international evel (products that are participating to this Promotion)according to  the provisions of this Regulation described below.

Organizer reserves the right to modify the Regulation during the Promotion's progress, but not before announcing the public at least 24 hours prior to entry the amendments on the addresswww.allviewmobile.com/e-shop.

Art. 2. Length and conduct area of the promotion

The Promotion wil be organized on a 6 months period, starting with 22nd of May and will be done at an international level.

Art. 3. The right to participate

To this Promotion can participate any individual or legal entity that is at least 14 years old fulfilled at the beginning date of the Promotion.

The participation to this Promotion implies the knowledge and total acceptance, explicit and unequivocal of the present Regulation.

Art. 4. Participation conditions

4.1. At this Promotion can participate any  individual or legal entity that fulfills the following conditions:

(1) Buys the Allview X2 Soul product.

(2) Holds the vouchers offered by the Organizer to receive the accessories offered in the promotional campaign.

(3) The vouchers validity is of 3 months starting with the end of the Promotion.

(4) Declares on own responsibility that all information they provide upon registration in the Promotion are true and correct.

Art. 5 Participating products

5.1. The products that are entering in the Promotion are as it follows, depending on the available stock:

Art. 6. The Promotion's mechanism

To sign in to th Promotion, a participant must:

-fulfill all the participating conditions;

- buy the X2 Soul participant to the Promotion from the site www.allviewmobile.com/e-shop;

- the vouchers will be capitalized only through the online store www.allviewmobile.com/e-shop.

Art. 7. The gift products and their award

7.1. Customers who will purchase the Promotion' participating product  - X2 Soul, will receive 10 vouchers inside their product box.

7.2. The 10 vouchers are distributed to other 10 people on the basis that they may receive a free accessory when purchasing a smartphone X2 Soul.

7.3. The customer who purchased the product and distributed X2 Soul's 10 vouchers will receive 10% of the X2 Soul' smartphone value for every capitalized voucher.

7.4. The method of reimbursment of the corresponding amount of each voucher:

-after the verificaton and validation of the voucher, the buyer will receive the accessory for free and the initial buyer that purchased the X2 Soul will receive 10% from the X2Soul's value. The reimbursment of the amount will be made towards the customer via bank transfer/paypal. The money transfer will be made in maximum 60 working days.

7.5. To get into the possession of the X2 Soul promotional product, the participants will have to agree to pay the delivery amount that will be calculated according to the shipping address via courier.

7.6. The shipping delivery time of X2 Soul promo product is up to 15 working days.

7.7. In case that you would like to return the promotional product in the accepted terms (30 days)its value will be reimbursed  calculating as well the value of every capitalized and returned voucher (the return value=X2 Soul's value - (voucher's value, 1,2...10); Money transfer will be done in maximum 60 working days.

7.8. With one voucher, there can be won only one accessory in the promotion when buying a X2 Soul smartphone.

Art. 8. Validation conditions

Accessories' awardness will be based on predefined vouchers and offered only by the "Organizer" via the  declared dispenser.

The Organizer and distributor reserves the right to refuse to award participants who do not meet all conditions of participation or if fraud is detected, suspected fraud, rude or abusive behavior.

Art. 9. Litigations

Any disputes arising between the Organiser / Distributor and participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion shall be settled amicably and where it will not be possible, disputes will be resolved in courts on the territory of the distributor.

Any complaints about the conduct of the Promotion may be sent to the email address of the Organizer (kontakt@allviewmobile.de).

Art. 10. Personal data protection

The Organizer obliges to respect the Law nr. 677/2001, regarding the personal data protection during the Promotion. As such, the Organiser agrees to maintain the privacy of the participants in this promotion and use them according to the Official Rules and legislation.

The participants to this promotion, as persons concerned, have  the following rights, under Law 677/2001,: the right to be informed (Article 12), access to the data (Article 13), the right modify the data (Article 14) and the right of opposition (art. 15.)

By simply participating in the Promotion and submitting personal data to Organizer, participants agree that their data will enter the Organizer's database  to be processed and used in the future by the Organizer or legal persons authorized by it, to keep participants informed about new products, special offers, promotions, advertising and marketing, without any obligations or payments. At their request, in writing, the organizer will not use the participants personal data.

SC Visual Fan SRL  is personal data operator registered with the National Authority Surveillance Data Processing personnel no. 20167/02.08.2012.

Art. 11. The Promotion's Regulation

The Promotion's Regulation is available for free to every solicitor mentioned on the address www.allviewmobile.com/e-shop.

Art. 12. Responsibility

The Organizer will not be responsible of:

Failure to claim the prizes  based on the offered voucheur;

Errors in the data provided by the winners; contact data accuracy does not draw the Organizer responisile, being the exclusive responsibility of the participants. Therefore, the Organizer bears no liability for providing false information by participants that led to the inability to identify and validate a winner.

The organizer will not be responsible for the impossibility of a winner to take possession of the prize;

The Organizer and Distributor have the right to disqualify any participant that does not respect the Promotion's  Regulation or  against whom there are proofs of incorrect behaviour or any kind of sabotage to the Promotion. The participants are obliged, as well, to put at the organizer's disposal all relevant contact details.

Art. 13 The end of the promotion

The Organizer can decide the end of the promotion for reasons independent of its will, but not limited to the occurrence of an major force constituting event , meaning any event that cannot be controlled, corrected or provided by the Organiser / Distributor, including the Organizer's impossibility for reasons beyond its control  and whose appearance puts the last one in the impossibility to fulfill its obligations under Regulation or the depletion of stock awards, unable to continue this promotion.
